Custom Drafting for Contractors
Tired after working on the job site all day banging nails or pouring concrete? Let my company prepare your next set of plans. I take your (or your client's) sketches (or magazine plan) and transform them into a complete set of working drawings, ready to go to your Engineer then add the engineering notes so the plans will be ready to be submitted for permit. On the plans themselves, I use your logo and Contractors Information. Let my 20 years of experience and training serve you. I use a computer to draw the plans, but learned the craft the old fashioned way. I do work in Eastern California too! My company is for the small contractor that can not afford a drafting staff in his office. |

Fee Schedules For new construction, the fee is based upon
the
square footage.
In either case, Engineering and blueprinting are not included. Payment Schedule is 1/3 for Deposit, 1/3 Upon agreement of preliminary drawing, and 1/3 for conclusion of the project.
